Time Zone Converter

Convert a time between major world time zones instantly and plan calls across cities.

About the Time Zone Converter

A time zone converter takes the guesswork out of scheduling across regions. Pick a time and a source zone, choose a destination, and the tool shows the matching local time along with any day change.

It covers major zones such as IST, GMT, EST, PST, CET, JST and more using their standard offsets — perfect for planning meetings, calls and live streams.

How to use the Time Zone Converter

  1. Enter the time to convert.
  2. Select the from and to time zones.
  3. Click Convert to see the destination time.

How the calculation works

Target time = Source time − Source offset + Target offset

Offsets are standard-time values and do not include daylight saving adjustments, which vary by country and date.

Example

12:00 IST converted to New York (EST) is 01:30 the same morning — a difference of 10 hours 30 minutes.
