Attendance Calculator

Calculate your attendance percentage and how many classes you need to reach your target.

About the Attendance Calculator

Many colleges require a minimum attendance, often 75%, to sit exams. This attendance calculator tells you exactly where you stand and what it will take to stay eligible.

Enter the total classes held and how many you attended, then set your target. The tool shows your current percentage and either how many classes you can still miss or how many more you must attend.

How to use the Attendance Calculator

  1. Enter total classes held.
  2. Enter classes attended.
  3. Slide to your target percentage.
  4. Click Calculate Attendance.

How the calculation works

Attendance % = Attended ÷ Total × 100

To reach a target, the tool solves for the extra classes needed, or the classes you can safely skip while staying above target.

Example

Attended 68 of 100 classes with a 75% target: you are at 68% and must attend the next 28 classes to reach it.
